We know investing in a website template is a big decision, especially for executive coaches and consultants who value both elegance and efficiency.   • Yes. You can change fonts, colors, images, and content using Squarespace’s built-in editing tools. The included layouts can be personalized without writing code. More advanced changes may require additional design or technical work.

  • Yes. You can add, remove, duplicate, and rearrange pages and sections to suit your business. The template provides a starting point, and you can adapt its structure as your content takes shape. After making changes, review both desktop and mobile layouts.

  • Your purchase includes 30 days of email support from delivery. We can help you access your purchase, answer questions about the template’s existing features, and review issues with the template as supplied. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant screenshots.

  • Support provides guidance on using your purchased template. Content updates, design customization, and troubleshooting additional custom code fall outside this support. For account login, billing, or platform issues, please contact Squarespace, Canva, or the relevant service provider directly.

  • Yes. If you would like us to adapt the design, apply your branding, or arrange your content, you can request a separate customization quote. We’ll review your requirements and confirm the scope, availability, and cost before any work begins.

  • Due to the digital nature of our templates, all sales are final, except where required by applicable law or covered by our Refund Policy. Please review the product details and available previews before purchasing. If you’re unsure whether a template is right for you, contact us before placing your order.

  • Yes. The template price is a one-time payment. A paid Squarespace subscription is required to publish your website. Domain registration, paid Canva features, scheduling tools, and other services are separate costs where applicable.

  • Your purchase is for use under the license stated on the product page. Templates, source files, and access links may not be shared, redistributed, or resold. A separate purchase is required for another business. Please contact us before purchasing if you’re unsure whether your intended use is covered.

  • The photographs in our Squarespace website demos are placeholders. Replace them with your own images or photographs you have permission to use. Purchasing the website template does not grant a separate license to the demo photography.

  • Your template is delivered as a new Squarespace 7.1 trial site. Provide the email address associated with your Squarespace account at checkout, and we’ll send an invitation within two business days of purchase. Accept the invitation to access your site and begin personalizing it.

  • Your purchase includes a separate new Squarespace website template, rather than installation into an existing website. If you already have a Squarespace site, contact us before purchasing so we can discuss your situation and the options available.

  • Yes. You can personalize the fonts, colors, images, and text to match your brand. If you would like us to make these adjustments for you, contact us for a separate customization quote.

  • Use the template link provided with your purchase to open the designs in your own Canva account. You can then personalize the text, colors, and images. Please review the product description for any Canva plan requirements before purchasing.

  • Absolutely! The template is designed for desktop and mobile viewing. Changes to text, images, and layouts can affect how pages display, so review your mobile layout and make any necessary adjustments before publishing.

  • A template purchase does not include personalized SEO services or ongoing optimization. You are responsible for adding and maintaining the SEO information relevant to your business. Any additional resources included with a particular template are listed on its product page. Search rankings are not guaranteed.

  • Your purchase includes the template as supplied at the time of delivery. Squarespace manages updates to its own platform. Ongoing website maintenance, design adjustments following platform changes, and future template updates are not included unless expressly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

  • No, you can fully brand your site as your own. A link back to Soulscribed & Co. is always appreciated, while the original template design remains our intellectual property.
